Services
One on One Health provides nutrition coaching, education, and behavior-change support through one-on-one sessions, digital programs, messaging, and educational materials.
Not Medical Care
Services are educational and coaching-based only and do not constitute medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating relevant health changes, medications, or pregnancy status, and using information provided in a manner appropriate for their individual health situation.
Payments & Refunds
All fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Because services include coaching time and/or digital content, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
All website content, programs, recipes, PDFs, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of One on One Health and may not be copied or shared without written permission.
Communication
Electronic communication is used for convenience. While reasonable care is taken, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
“You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 732-942-8418. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].”
