How is It’s About Time weight loss different from every other program I’ve tried?

Most diets focus almost entirely on what you eat

It’s About Time is less about specific foods and more about when you eat, while building habits that support long-term sustainability and maintenance.

Instead of relying on willpower or restriction, this program uses timing and structure to work with your body’s natural hunger signals. The focus is on:

· Regulating hunger hormones

· Eating before hunger becomes overwhelming

· Using meal timing to reduce cravings, fatigue, and overeating

· Building habits that hold up on busy, stressful days

This is not about restrictive eating or short term fad dieting.
It’s about
working with your body instead of fighting it, so weight loss feels calmer, more predictable, and sustainable over time.

What if I mess up, overeat, or fall off schedule?

That’s expected and it’s part of the process.

Weight loss is not linear, and life will interrupt even the best plan. The real skill is learning how to recover quickly without guilt or spiraling.

We actively teach:

· How to reset after overeating

· How to navigate weekends, travel, and holidays

· How to break the all-or-nothing mindset

Progress comes from consistency over time, not perfection.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes.
All coaching and support are provided remotely, and we work with clients internationally.

Do you accept health insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time.
However, many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds. Documentation can be provided if needed.

Who is this program for and who is it not for?

This program is a good fit if you:

· Have dieted repeatedly and regained weight

· Feel driven by hunger, cravings, or fatigue

· Want structure without rigid food rules

· Are looking for sustainable weight loss

· Want to understand how your body actually works

This program may not be a fit if you:

· Want a quick fix,  or rapid weight loss

· Are unwilling to eat regular meals

· Prefer a hands-off, self-guided approach

· Want a meal plan without learning the “why”

I am a picky eater or have dietary restrictions. Can this program still work for me?

Yes absolutely.

This program is not based on cutting out food groups or following a rigid meal plan. We build your plan around your preferences, restrictions, culture, and lifestyle. Whether you’re vegetarian, kosher, dairy-free, gluten-sensitive, diabetic or simply don’t like certain foods, the focus is on timing, balance, and hunger control, not pushing foods you don’t like or cant have.

You don’t need “special” foods you need a structure that works with your body.

Do I have to track calories or log my food?

Yes during the weight loss phase.


Logging is required initially using either your preferred app or our custom journal. Accountability allows us to make appropriate adjustments when needed.


Once the system is learned and habits are established, logging is not required long term

Do you work with clients who are on GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, etc.)?

Yes GLP-1 support is one of our specialties.


Our program is specifically structured around hunger control, similar to how GLP-1 medications reduce appetite. If you are currently on medication, planning to come off, or concerned about rebound hunger, our

All medication decisions remain between you and your prescribing healthcare provider

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching options typically range from USD, depending on the level of accountability and support you choose.
All options include personalized guidance, structured education, ongoing accountability, and direct access to a coach.
