Winter Vegetable Soup


I'm a huge fan of soup. In fact I can't think of anything more soothing and filling than a delicious bowl of hot soup. So it's no surprise that you'll see lots of soups on this site because I'm always restocking my soup store. When it comes to weight loss dieting soup can really save the day. It fills sitting at the table time, that you would otherwise be choosing other things to eat. So go ahead and indulge in a low calorie vegetable soup, as many bowls as you want!


3 onions in Pam, sliced

15 garlic pieces

3-4 turnip

10 carrots

3 green zucchini

3 yellow zucchini

1 bunch celery diced


-Cut all the vegetable into medium chunks

-Cook the turnips, carrots, zucchinis and celery.

-Mix in with onions after soft. Saute 10-15 minutes constantly stirring.

-Fill pot with water...


Add:

3 parsnip

3 parsley roots

Dill and parsley leaves in bag

salt

pepper

onion powder

2 T Osem Chicken Soup Mix


-Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
