Tri-color Pepper Strip Stir

While some of us are sitting home looking for things to do, believe it or not there are others that have no time to breath. Either way prepping and slicing can be a big bother and many have sabatoged their diets with the old excuse of "I have no time to prepare." This pepper stir has become my fastest vegetable side. I like to throw in a box of sliced mushrooms to give it a little kick. So even when there is no time or no fresh vegetables around or just not in the mood of cooking... tear open the bag!


Fresh mushrooms, sliced

B'gan tri-color pepper strips

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon blackpepper


Instructions:

Sautee the vegetable in a grill pan on medium heat until desired texture.


You may need to drain the peppers if there is alot of ice in the bag.
