Many people may think that if they skip breakfast they’ll eat fewer calories over the day and it will help them lose weight.


Big Mistake!!!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! when you eat you activate the thermogenesis process and thus stimulate your metabolism. skipping breakfast would put your body into "sleep mode" and you would actually burn fewer calories over the course of day.

1. A study from the University of Bath (UK) found that people who eat breakfast burn more calories throughout the day and have betterblood sugar control than those who skipped breakfast.
