Educated Eaters: What Does 100 Calories Look Like

Would you ever knowingly sit down to a 600-calorie snack!?

Sometimes when we sit in front of a bag of chips, popcorn, chocolate lentils or even something healthy like nuts, we can easily consume 400+ calories without even realizing it.

Think about how many times you picked up an item in a store like shoes or a sweater and when you looked at the price you balked and quickly put it back. The same way we like to be educated consumers, we should all want to be educated eaters.


Knowing how many calories something is before you eat it will make you think twice before consuming it.


If you could visualize what 100 calories of many food items are you would realize how many excess calories you may be eating without being aware of it.
