Easy Stir Fry Vegetables

I went to the YTT Expo this week and got this fabulous cookbook called "Recipes From Home" By Mrs. Neuhaus. I adapted some great basic veg sides.

1 1/2 bags sugar snap peas

1 red pepper, diced

2 onions, chopped, sauteed in 1 tbsp oil (measured!)

1 can baby corn

1 large can mushrooms

1 1/2 tsp. chicken soup mix

Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients into a 9x13. Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
