How often do we wake up in the morning feeling so motivated and energized to have a perfect "diet" day, only to completely sabotage all our hard work in the evening!! "Help! What's going on! Why can't I get a grip? What's wrong with me" Are just some of the gripes I'll hear time and time again.
If you pay close attention to this pattern of great all day, high sugar cravings all night, you may be one of the many people who are feeding their fatigue with calories. Remember that calories are a measurement of energy, and sugar is the bodies fastest energy source. So your evening binge is just your body's natural response to "give me something to keep me up."
Look out for this pattern in your life and you'll notice a direct correlation between your level of fatigue and your level of hunger intensity. So, the most effective way to curb your evening cravings is get more sleep.
