Chinese Chicken



Chicken cutlets

Vegetables (whatever you use on Pesach)

2 Tbsp sugar

1/4 C ketchup

3 Tbsp jam

1/4 C vinegar


Instructions:

-Brown chicken cutlets in pam, turn over and remove

-Add lots of vegetables, keep sautéing until soft

-Mix sugar, ketchup, jam and vinegar

-Put chicken back into the vegetable mix and pour sauce on top

-Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour


Yield:

1 1/2 servings per cutlet
