Feeling left out of those oily Chanukah treats? Just wanna dive into that doughnut? Of course you do! We all do!! Until the devastation of weeks and months of dieting go down the drain in 1 hour...!!
So here's what I think will make a really satisfying Chanukah party...
If you're the hostess
Focus on your decor and make sure everyone is comfortable!
If you're the guest
Focus on conversation, enjoy the company!
if your a teenager
Focus on the game and run the show!
-Remember never to come to a party hungry.
-Rather choose 1 full item with free sides than many small bites. This will make you feel more satisfied and full.
-Only fill your plate 1 time, so look around and make sure you feel comfortable with your choices. Then sit down and enjoy.
-Oh and don't forget your TEA:)
-Remember weight loss is not about just making good choices, it's about sticking to your program allowances!!
