Baked Veggie Chips



These are crispy, crunchy, colorful and delicious. The best part is that this veggie snack is completely guilt free!!


Ingredients:


1 golden beetroot

1 medium beetroot

1 large carrot

1 small sweet potatoe

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

oil spritz (very lightly or it will be soggy and fattening)


Instructions:


Preheat oven to 400F

slice all vegetables into thin slices (try to slice them evenly so they will be ready at the same time)

line cookie sheets with parchment papar

spray partchment paper lightly

spread out the vegetables but don't overlap them

spray pam lightly again

sprinkle salt and pepper


wait 10 minutes before placing the veggies in the oven so the vegetables dehydrate.


Bake for 10 min at 400F

Flip and bake another 10 minute until crisp and slightly browned

They will get a little crisper out of the oven while cooling


keep a watchful eye on them and remove some early if they are browning before the others. They can burn quickly so remove promptly.
