I make these as a dinner side at least twice a week.
1-2 sweet potatoes 1 Tbsp oil
Salt Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cut the sweet potato in strips. Put them in water for 30 minutes. Put them in a bag. Add all the spices. Lay them out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
Turn the oven on to 425, put them in immediately and leave for 35 minutes.
Serve them warm.
To make them look pretty, I'll add some parsley before I bake them.
It looks like a great side for those that don't have a starch for supper they could probably substitute the same recipe with butternut squash I think Susie fishbein has a similar recipe it's delicious
