Adult Weight Loss Support
I started making these pancakes for breakfast. They're really easy and delicious, so I thought I'd share.
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 lowfat Greek Yogurt (I used flavored)
2 egg whites
In a bowl whisk the egg whites and yogurt by hand. Add flour and baking soda. Divide into 2 portions. Allow to sit for about 10 min.
Heat a frying pan with some spray. Form 3-4 small pancakes (out of each portion) directly into hot pan. Flip when browned on bottom.
Alternatively, you can make these on a griddle or a pizza maker. They come out real good that way!
Serve with sugar free pancake syrup.
Yields 2 portions.
